We wish to inform all continuing students that the HELB Application window is currently open. This is only for students who are currently in session as it uses the old funding model.  To apply follow the steps in the attached document. also note that HELB does not charge any fee to access the loan application, report any form of extortion to authorities. The closing date for the loan application is 30th September, 2023.
